Now that is has been a full week and I have rewatched the last few episodes (From The Explosion at the Nest to the end) a second time all in a row I think it's time to react.
And I don't really know how to.
I'm sad that Godric is gone. He was interesting and had a completely different perspective then anyone else. And to replace that sort of "powerful entity" with the Queen is just sort of obnoxious...because she is pretty obnoxious. And Rumor says that she in annoying for a reason.
Sookie's random cousin was sort of suprisingly interesting. More interesting than Sookie herself at least.
Sookie.... I liked her as a somewhat badass waitress who was willing to get in people's faces every once in awhile and now she's like this somewhat annoying puppy that follows Bill around.
I thought he was the one supposed to be enamored of her... not the other way around.
Let's get some more Eric in there. Please? He has a brain at least. Bill is just... I stopped liking him.
Lafayette's little PTSD type episodes are interesting. And I like how they finished up with Maryann...mostly. I feel like she went crazy at the end there...and some of it was just gross.
Jason is still adorable and Terry is hysterical. I like him more and more. Just like I like Arlene's kids more than I like her.
And so on to the end. A Proposal? Really? That makes NO sense. The dreams where Eric suggests Sookie would be an awesome vampire, that makes senes. Marriage....NO. Also, WORST TIMING EVER.
And then Bill gets kidnapped, the end.

I don't think they intended for him to be unlikable enough that I really don't care if he comes back... but that is what happened. For me at least.
And Jessica. I regret Bill's disappearance because who will stop Jessica from destroying herself? Poor Hoyt. That needs to be fixed and SOON in season 3. It was almost as sad to watch as Sam and his adoptive parents.
