So I must admit that after talking about Star Trek to somebody today I came home and immersed myself in it. Wandered over to ONTD Star Trek and spent some time giggling.
I'm will admit that I am a big slasher in all of my fandoms. But in TOS I didn't really see Kirk/Spock (Commonly known as Spork apparently?). It was just No, just friends okay. In the reboot I can see it and I LOVE it hardcore.
And I think it's definitely due in part to the fact that Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto are good friends and were good friends before signing on to the project.

I want to meet Leonard Nimoy so bad.
